Tickets are now on sale.
It’s the ultimate Valentine’s Day flex – a table for two at the L’Enclume Residency, with tickets going on sale on the very convenient date of February 14 at 10am sharp.
L’Enclume is the three-Michelin-starred fine diner from acclaimed British chef and restaurateur, Simon Rogan.
The Cartmel restaurant will pop up at the Bathers’ Pavilion in Sydney from July 19 – August 20, marking the restaurant’s first-ever residency outside England.
Simon Rogan said: “I’ve always had the ambition to do something in Australia and this will be the first time we embark on emulating the L’Enclume dining experience anywhere else in the world.

“We have been planning out the finer details and intricacies of this residency since 2019 and we are beyond excited to see it finally come to life and to give Australian diners the best possible experience. I’m very much looking forward to dips in the ocean before cooking for our guests at every service.”
Diners can expect an 8-course menu, plus snacks and petit fours, that will include a mix of L’Enclume’s signature dishes alongside new creations inspired by the best in Australian produce.
Fans of the restaurant may recognise dishes like the Berkswell pudding caramelised in birch sap, stout vinegar, aged Berkswell, which heroes a flavourful hard cheese from the UK, as well as the seaweed custard, beef broth and bone marrow with Sydney rock oysters and caviar.

L’Enclume’s signature dessert, the ‘Anvil’, which is what L’Enclume translates to in English, will be the crowning masterpiece of the menu, featuring caramel mousse, miso, winter apple or pear and spruce.
Rogan and his team are also exploring local produce like Thredbo river trout, Fraser Island mud crab, freshwater marron and Murray Cod, for possible inclusion on the menu.
Rogan will be joined by his accomplished team, which includes chefs, sommeliers, and front-of-house staff, to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Diners looking to nab a table are encouraged to have their finger on the button at 10am tomorrow. If it goes anything like the NOMA pop-up, it could sell out in seconds.
L’Enclume will run from Wednesday, July 19 – Sunday, August 20 at Bathers’ Pavilion and will be open for lunch Tuesday-Sunday and dinner Tuesday-Saturday. The tasting menu will include 8-courses plus snacks and petit fours for $420. Tailored wine pairings will be available on the night at $190, $290, and $750 per person, as well as a special non-alcoholic pairing for $70 per person.
