If you thought pineapple was just the grossest, most ill-conceived, foul and personally offensive topping you could find on a pizza, just wait until you try kiwifruit.

The unorthodox pizza topping was discovered by a tourist in Denmark, who promptly uploaded evidence of the pizza online.

Users on Reddit were quick to comment on the controversial topping, with one user calling it an “unholy abomination”.

“This is the slippery slope that permitting pineapple has resulted in,” another redditor stated. “Next they’ll want to put papaya on their pizza.”

“It’s probably still better than pineapple,” another added.

Despite the overall negativity, many open-minded individuals indicated they would be willing to give the fuzzy fruit topping a try.

“I can see it being kinda good. Cheesy pizza benefits a lot from acidity.”
