Sydney favourite Parlour Cucina reopens to fulfil your comfort food needs

Parlour Cucina

Pasta la vista, diet.

Sydney favourite Parlour Cucina at QT Sydney officially reopens this week, with a brand new menu that’s destined to spark joy for foodies city-wide.

The Market Street mainstay is well-known as a favourite haunt for espresso fiends during daylight hours, but it is the return of their authentic Italian fare and laid back wine list that’s likely to send Sydneysiders scrambling for one of the few appropriately socially distanced tables.

The new menu – which sees QT Sydney Executive Chef, Nic Wood, partnering with QT Hotels & Resorts Creative Food Director, Rob Marchetti – promises uncomplicated authentic Italian flavours and old school generosity.

Stop in on your lunch break for their Rigatoncini with pork and fennel ragu (sneaky glass of rosso optional, but highly recommended)or stay a while and sip your macerato slowly over antipasti like the Abrolhos Island Pickled Octopus or Buffalo Mozzarella. The menu also includes a new range of salad selections, the return of their signature Tiramisu 1988 and a new grab-and-go Panini menu that will level up your office sandwich game big-time.

Just quietly, we’re already pining for one of their Pork + Veal Meatball pressed subs with provolone cheese (extra green olives, please), so you might want to snag that table sooner, rather than later.
