Diet starts tomorrow.
Sydney’s Inner West isn’t shy of a cheeky burger or two, with names like Baby Rey’s, Mary’s, and Slim’s a part of everyday chat. Now to add to the list is South-Western Sydney’s beloved burger joint Chebbo’s, who announced that their long-awaited second burger bar is finally opening this week.
The lucky suburb getting the new outpost? Marrickville, of course.
Opening in a former vegan catering kitchen on Victoria Road, Chebbo’s Marrickville will open for trade on June 26. Led by viral TikTok creator Chebbo, the burger truck serves up thinly smashed burger patties with Chebbo’s housemade sauce and cheese – simple, honest, American-style burgers that fans can’t get enough of.

Starting as a passion project out of Chebbo’s backyard, the side hustle turned full-time during lockdowns with burger kits and a food truck, and is showing no signs of slowing down.
The bricks-and-mortar Marrickville haunt is fitted out with trademark purple and yellow graphics, with a driveway out the front to find a perch in if the pocket-sized restaurant fills up (which it will).
Find Chebbo’s Marrickville at 308 Victoria Road, Marrickville.
Open Wed, Thur & Sun from 10am-10pm, and Fri-Sat 10am-11pm.
