Merivale’s famed Italian tratt has opened inside the 3 Weeds Rozelle, bringing the Totti’s total to three.
Fans of the Italian eatery will find all the signature dishes on the menu, from Totti’s famous puffy bread and antipasti plates to handmade pastas – including a spanner crab and bottarga tagliatelle and spinach campanelle with milk-braised pork – plus chicken and fish dishes wood-roasted in the Josper charcoal oven.
For the first time, Totti’s Rozelle will house an Italian dessert bar that will serve gelati and sundaes, alongside classic Italian desserts like tiramisu, panna cotta and chocolate torte.
3 Weeds’ pub area will remain closed with further details on the evolution of the property to be revealed in due course.
