As reported earlier, The Three Blue Ducks has just welcomed its fourth venue (and first into Queensland) with the launch of its new Brisbane space on the riverfront.

Sitting within the city’s new luxe W Hotel, the 156-seater restaurant will be spearheaded by chefs Mark LaBrooy and Darren Robertson, and will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week.

The venue will follow the same mantra of its fellow Three Blue Ducks siblings, that of sustainable and ethical practices where possible.

Beverages like beer, wine and kombucha will be available on tap (so as to reduce bottle waste) and biodegradable coffee cups incorporated among its many eco-friendly offerings.
