Fabbrica, the Love Tilly Group’s carb empire with pasta bars in the CBD, Newtown and Darlinghurst, has partnered with Woolworths to make dinner even easier.

Launching with three exclusive grab-and-go ready-made pasta dishes, the Al Forno range joins the already life-saving fresh pasta and sauce collection. First up we have the gigli bolognese, a slow-cooked ragu of beef and pork, layered over gigli pasta. Next, a Sicilian classic of eggplant and tomato with mozzarella in little cups of lumache pasta. And finally, a crowd-pleasing cacio e pepe tangled with spirals of trottole.

Designed to feed one, you can have dinner on the table in just 3 minutes (in the microwave) for just $11 per serving.

Feeding a crowd? Stock up on Fabbrica’s fresh pasta packs of delicate mafaldine, spaghetti, or conchiglie with your choice of ready-made pomodoro, bolognese, or Amatriciana sauces – restaurant-quality comfort for only $12.50.
