“Twelve handsome chefs, twelve delicious recipes” is the sell on Dishes‘ upcoming top chef calender, featuring Colin Fassnidge, James Viles, Massimo Mele and Warren Turnbull.

Admittedly, the chefs are fully clothed, but the calender features beautiful portrait photography of them and a recipe for each month, including Suckling pig with liquorice fruit and split peas from Colin, and Raw Hiramasa kingfish with leek, cloud fungi, daikon, burnt garlic and ginger white soy cream, from Victor Liong, of Melbourne’s Lee Ho Fook.

The other tag line is that it’s all for the ladies – and it is, profits included. All proceeds from each $34.95 calendar goes to Restore One, a non-profit organisation based in Cambodia. The organisation aims to empower vulnerable women, often saved from slavery, with micro-business loans, education, housing and training.
