And they’ll only set you back $95.
Even before Breakfast At Tiffany’s, Tiffany & Co had amassed itself a reputation in the luxury realm. But now the brand may have truly outdone itself with the launch of its most recent home and accessories collection.
Extravagant may be the only way to describe the fanciful versions of ordinary goods that form a part of the Everyday Objects offering. Think a $600 silver first aid kit. A sterling silver protractor with American walnut for $425. A paint can ice bucket with lead crystal and sterling silver for $1200.
There’s also a coffee can for $1000, a pencil sharpener for $275, and a crazy straw for a cool $250. But our favourite? The duo of paper cups that are deceptively crafted from bone china and painted in a Tiffany blue that will set you back $95.
There are 1292 lavish options in total currently available as a part of the Reed Krakoff-designed Tiffany & Co line. No doubt more will appear as time, and demand, allows. While the price tags may seem ludicrous, the intention is simply a celebration of the everyday, says the company itself. “We believe in living with beautiful things every day. Every accessory and object we design has an intelligence and wit that make the ordinary feel extraordinary.”
