Melbourne chef Shane Delia flew to Sydney to cook for an intimate lunch of VIPs at the launch of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Australia. On the menu at the private studio in Alexandria? Tartare, beef and a killer cheese board. However his highlight was getting to “pick up a supermodel”, literally. “I’ll never get to do that again,” Delia joked of holding up Australian Victoria’s Secret model Bridget Malcolm, who modelled a Toni Maticevski dress for guests just hours before his opening show.
