This June, as we all continue to fantasise about international travel, we’re taking your tastebuds on a world tour, with our freshly baked new global issue.

Sharing recipes and food is an incredible way to happily and safely transport ourselves anywhere in the world, and autumn is the ideal time to do so.

There’s plenty of ways to escape in this issue. From Yotam Ottolenghi’s twist on paella, to Anjum Anand’s secret recipes for Indian family favourites. Kylie Kwong serves up a preview of her new South Eveleigh eatery, Lucky Kwong, complete with mind-blowing dishes like stir-fried hokkien noodles with Asian mushrooms and five-spice tofu salad with potato, fresh black fungus and native bush mint.

Phoebe Wood’s noodle soup troupe will add a little spice and comfort to any meal. Among the recipes, you’ll find Malaysian prawn laksa, miso soba with soy sauce eggs and an epic Thai chicken khao soi.
