Someone pinch me – I think I’m dreaming. The crunchy caramelised Biscoff ice creams are back in stock and give them all to me immediately.

Yes, bickie-lovers, it’s true: the brand behind the unique biscuit and the insanely addictive spread are relaunching the crunchy, chocolate-coated ice cream sticks this month, exclusive to Woolworths. After a brief appearance in early 2023, the dessert angels clearly heard our cries for a return.

With three hits of Biscoff in each bite, each stick features a crisp outer layer of Belgian milk chocolate containing crunchy Biscoff pieces, before a delicious layer of Biscoff spread leads you to the Biscoff ice cream inside.

The ice creams come in two varieties: milk chocolate and white chocolate. Don’t waste time agonising over which one to choose – do what I’m doing and get outrageously large quantities of both. 

Lotus Biscoff Ice Creams are available at Woolworths now. A box of three 90ml individually wrapped ice creams retails for $9.90 – a small price to pay for the bliss that awaits.
