After a successful run with our neighbours in New Zealand, Maggi have released an exciting new range of seasonings – made especially for air fryers.

While air fryers may have the cooking community torn, there’s no denying they are a quick and convenient way to make your crispy fried favourites at home – all without the heaviness of fryer oil.

The three new seasoned coatings use a delicious blend of natural herbs and spices, created to flavour your favourite proteins and vegetables while they’re cooking away in the air fryer.

The range of flavours on offer are Crunchy Southern Style, Crispy Japanese Style, and Herbed French Style Roast. A fourth flavour – Crunchy Three Cheese and Garlic – was made available in NZ, but is yet to make its way across the Tasman.

These seasonings make it easy to recreate your fave katsu using the Japanese style, or dabble down south with their Southern offering. Give it a fry!
