With free yoga included.

If the Christmas celebrations have carried on into February, there’s no time like the present for a fresh start. And here to help is Pier One Sydney Harbour, who have teamed up with athletic apparel brand lululemon to transform the hotel into the city’s newest wellness retreat.

Throughout February and March, you can downward dog and namaste against the backdrop of Sydney Harbour with a new range of mindfulness and wellness offerings. Rise and shine at 7.30am on your Tuesday mornings with a complimentary 30-minute meditation on the pier lead by a lululemon ambassador. Wednesday nights are reserved for yoga on the pier with a 50-minute vinyasa style class at 6.30pm (bookings for both classes are essential).

Soul searching is hungry work, so complete your experience with a salad bowl of mixed greens and grilled barramundi coated in chia seeds and grapefruit. Take your wholesome refuel alfresco style on the pier, washed down with a sugar-free kombucha cocktail. The Gantry Restaurant has also announced new vegetarian and vegan dining options on the menu, including a plant-based degustation.

The wellness overhaul can be seen throughout the hotel as well. Guests of Pier One can now access personal yoga mats and yoga pose guides designed to promote rest and relaxation while travelling. Televisions in each room will also feature a dedicated meditation channel, designed to help weary travellers relax before hitting the town.
