The Good Ways chefs will be whipping up jaffle specials like a juicy bolognese jaffle with parmesan bechamel, a three-cheese jaffle, baked beans and cheddar, a breakfast jaffle with LP’s Quality Meats ham, egg salad, and bush tomato, and a mushroom, pepper and confit garlic jaffle. Save space for a touch of sweet with a tasty little apple pie jaffle.

It wouldn’t be a proper tuckshop without a few school classics though. Look out for Hawaiian pizza pockets, lamingtons, Vegemite scrolls, and perhaps a vanilla slice or two.

During the pop up there will be a new muralist rebranding the Good Ways exterior, custom jaffle keyrings, and a competition to win a Breville Jaffle Maker of your own.
