It’s Australia’s favourite slice, and now you can try it as a chocolate block flavour.

Michelin-starred chef Curtis Stone has just launched his own Caramel Slice Dairy Milk chocolate block, inspired by a recipe from his mum’s old cookbooks.

The new flavour is made from smooth and creamy Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate, layered with smooth-flowing caramel, a vanilla flavoured crème and biscuit pieces, reminiscent of an old school caramel slice.

“I chose this recipe because it brings back really fond memories for me being a little boy, cooking with my mum, and now making magical memories cooking this Aussie favourite with my own kids at home,” Curtis Stone said.
