With seaside spritzes and floristry workshops, this is one lush way to toast to summer.
No plans this weekend? A trip to Manly might be in order, where the newly refurbished Manly Pavilion is welcoming the Chandon Spritz Garden – a special pop-up featuring a DJ, free-flowing spritzes and a ‘garden grazing’ menu.
From Thursday 23 November- Sunday 26 November between 4-6pm, expect to see plenty of popping bottles down on the heritage wharf, where Chandon is kicking off a summer of celebration with their new Garden Spritz – a rosé sparkling wine blended with a house-made bitters recipe made with navel and blood oranges, macerated with dried orange peels, herbs and spices.

And if you’re after a new skill, White House Flowers (a Manly institution) are running Chandon spritz-inspired floristry workshops, where guests can pick up the fundamentals of floral design and craft their very own arrangement to take home – all while sipping on free-flowing Garden Spritzes and snacking on a curated menu of canapes from the Manly Pavilion kitchen.
The Chandon Spritz Garden is exclusively available at the Manly Pavilion between 23 November-26 November 2023. The Chandon Garden Spritz Summer Hour will take place between 4pm–6pm, with prices starting from just $10.
Tickets for the floral workshops start from $100 per person. To book, visit manlypavilion.com.au/chandon
