Encore! Encore!
HexClad, one of the world’s fastest growing cookware brands – known for its signature hexagon design and hybrid construction – has recently announced its partnership with internationally acclaimed chef of three Michelin-starred Core and Sydney’s Oncore, Clare Smyth.
Smyth, a groundbreaking chef in her own right, trained under fellow HexClad ambassador Gordon Ramsay for 13 years before branching out on her own in 2017 with the arrival of Notting Hill-based Core. Since then, she has received countless accolades including the title of World’s Best Female Chef 2018 by the World’s 50 Best Restaurants before being appointed Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) in 2013 for her incredible work in the hospitality industry.

Clare joins HexClad’s ‘Culinary Council’, a list of internationally renowned chefs led by Gordon Ramsay, along with Paul Ainsworth, founder of Cornwall’s Michelin-starred Paul Ainsworth at No6, Nancy Silverton, co-owner of Mozza Restaurant Group, Dominique Crenn, owner of three Michelin-starred Atelier Crenn, and Asia’s Best Female Chef Award Winner, owner of private dining restaurant été, Natsuko Shoji.
The chefs on the council have been wooed by the relatively young HexClad, which launched in 2016 with the aim to help every cook feel like a world-class chef in their own kitchen. HexClad’s range of cookware is created with a patented hexagon design that brings together the best of stainless steel with a non-toxic nonstick surface.
HexClad sets start from $559 and can be purchased at the HexClad website.
