Macca’s has kicked off the new year by destroying all of our healthy eating goals in one fell swoop, bringing back the fan-favourite Milo McFlurry that sent the internet into a meltdown when it was first released back in 2023. 

The Milo McFlurry will be joined by a Milo thickshake, so you can alternate your chocolate malt intake throughout the week.

Also returning is the Mexican-inspired El Maco range, which first debuted on Macca’s menus back in the 1990s. The range will include the OG El Maco Beef burger, as well as the new El Maco McCrispy burger and the new El Maco Chicken McWrap.

The El Maco Beef features two beef patties, crisp lettuce, fresh tomato, cheese, bold El Maco salsa and sour cream in a soft sesame seed bun. The El Maco McCrispy offers a chicken breast fillet with a crunchy coating, crisp lettuce, fresh tomato, cheese, chunky El Maco salsa and smooth sour cream on a soft potato bun.

The El Maco Chicken McWrap brings together chicken breast, crisp lettuce, tomato, cheese, chunky El Maco salsa and smooth sour cream, wrapped in a soft tortilla.
