Fast food chain McDonald’s has launched the ultimate in sweet treats this week, with reports of their Italian outlets now offering a Nutella burger.

The creamy hazelnut treat, named the ‘Sweety con Nutella’, features the iconic Italian spread sandwiched between two McDonald’s classic burger buns.

Despite only being currently available in Italy, we’re already clutching our passports to get in on the sweet action.

Our relationship with McDonald’s this year has been a tumultuous one to say the least. In September the fast food chain revealed plans to wipe its menu clean of burger and fries for bagels and artisan coffee.

We’re embracing good news though where we can take it this week.
