Ahead of the rapidly approaching Christmas season, Woolworths has brought back its hugely popular Biscoff trifle as part of its 2025 festive food collection.

The new trifle features layers of Biscoff-flavoured custard, whipped cream and vanilla sponge, and is topped with a Biscoff biscuit crumble.

Designed to serve 14 people, the 1.2kg size makes it a convenient option for those looking to impress guests – or those with a spoon and grand ambitions.

There’s no denying it’s probably going to go down an absolute treat after a plate of Chrissy ham.

The Biscoff Trifle is available for $35 in Woolworths stores and online now, alongside a heap of Christmas favourites and newbies, such as Dubai-inspired chocolate & pistachio tarts, a gingerbread cheesecake, pavlova wreaths and a Christmas house smash cake.

What is Biscoff?

Lotus Biscoff is the most well known brand of the caramel-flavoured, cinnamon-spiked shortcrust biscuit called speculoos, invented in 1932 by Belgian baker Jan Boone Sr. It’s not just available in biscuit form either – as the brand has grown, it’s created ice creams, cookie sandwiches filled with milk chocolate and a famed spread you could argue is a caramel cross between Nutella and peanut butter (it even comes in creamy and crunchy varieties).

The Biscoff trifle is available now at Woolworths stores nationwide.
