Margaret River’s Voyager Estate has won Regional Restaurant of the year, with Head Chef, Santiago Fernandez taking out Regional Chef of the Year in the WA Good Food Guide Awards 2018 held in Perth. Judges were talking for days about tastes, flavours, techniques and a goose-bumpy thrill ride, cementing Voyager and Santiago as a winner in their minds. Voyager Estate celebrated 40 years since the first vines were planted, making these wins the cherry on top of a great year. 2018 marks a stellar year for Margaret River and it’s culinary endeavors, with Will’s Domain taking out Restaurant of the Year.
