Saturday 8 June marks World Gin Day, and two of Sydney’s favoruite bars – Kensington Street’s Gin Lane and Spritz Bar – are preparing to celebrate in style. Live music, drink specials and bespoke Australian gin will be the order of the day, and mixologist Grant Collins will be creating some very enticing gin concoctions.

Talisker Single Malt Scotch Whisky returns to Hobart’s Dark Mofo Festival this June with two unique bar experiences: The Talisker Wilderness Bar on the Dark Path and The Talisker Winter Feast Bar. Talisker has also unveiled its top Tasmanian adventures for wild spirits, a collection of local experiences to inspire adventurers.
