Calling all dessert fiends. We’ve teamed up with Lime&Tonic to host two pastry masterclasses in Sydney on February 6 with patisserie legends Chris Thé from Black Star Pastry. Learn how to make pastry like the pros and, of course, enjoy what you make along the way.

Guests will get to meet the chef over Champagne and canapés before jumping into two hours of expert demonstrations and hands-on cooking.

Chris will showcase his bespoke “delicious. cake”, designed especially for our magazine’s 10th Anniversary edition. He’ll teach you how to construct an individual miniature version, layering the cradle cake, whipped cream, mango, blow-torched Italian meringue all topped with fresh mint and blueberries. Chris will also shed insight on how to make some of Black Star’s famous pastries.

Tickets are $125 per person and available here. The event is limited to 30 guests.
