Housed in the iconic Griffiths Teas building, the Sydney outpost of Chin Chin takes the DNA of the buzzing Melbourne institution and adds a dash of Surry Hills style to create an incredible dining destination where group executive chef Benjamin Cooper and head chef Graeme Hunt will serve up the flavours the original is famous for.
