Australian Turf Club Hospitality and Events Executive Sous Chef Warren Jackson and pastry chef Andrew Hitchens created a contemporary menu showcasing a mix of modern and traditional autumn-themed flavours for the day from prawn tacos to these smoked salmon pinwheels with salmon caviar.

Guests were treated to a three-course meal with a mix of local Australian wines, from the Yarra Valley to Heathcote, as well as Champagne.
