Touch down, Porcine. To celebrate the delicious. Bites Passport, the team from delicious. along with a few very special guests took over Porcine, the new French bistro by Nicholas Hill and Harry Levy.

The party kicked off with cheese and charcuterie boards, stocked with cured meats and specialty cheeses.

Guests were treated to a full menu that included Wapengo oysters with finger lime (pictured), pork jowl croquettes, nduja and kale pappardelle, XO rooster and goats curd cheesecake with rhubarb and wild honey.

Wine came courtesy of P&V Merchants downstairs and included an impressive line-up of natural, biodynamic and organic drops.

Renowned Sydney disc jockey, DJ Nielson delivered the beats.

The delicious. team were on hand to welcome guests, including Editorial Director Kerrie McCallum and Editor Samantha Jones.

The guest list included delicious. contributors and cheese royalty, Ellie and Sam Studd, as well as celebrity chefs and food personalities.

All guests left with a gift bag, which included a delicious. branded tote bag, a bottle of wine from P&V Merchants and the latest issue of delicious. magazine.
