Behind the scenes at our Byron Bay reader dinner

Iconic chefs, iconic dishes, iconic venue. Our own chef and butcher, Colin Fassnidge and Anthony Puharich joined us on the ultimate foodie road trip to The Byron at Byron Bay with the all-new Toyota Camry, where they teamed up with the resort’s new executive chef (and fellow Banc alumni), Matt Kemp, to celebrate the relaunch of the revamped resort. All wines were matched on the night by The Wine Society.
