Behind the scenes at our Dinner by Heston Blumenthal reader lunch

For our latest reader event, delicious. celebrated the making of an icon with a meal by Ashley Palmer-Watts, Chef Director of Melbourne’s Dinner by Heston Blumenthal. Ashley and his team recreated dishes spanning his early years at The Fat Duck through to the present offerings at Dinner, all paired with expertly curated wines from The Wine Society. Along with the incredible food, Ashley regaled guests with stories of his early years as Heston’s right-hand man, and revealed his own personal journey through the one-off menu that has changed the way we cook and eat.
