Earlier this week, on Tuesday evening, we celebrated the opening of celebrity chef Shane Delia’s latest Melbourne venture, Maha East. This new restaurant is the laid-back little sister to Delia’s renowned CBD fine diner, Maha. Diners were invited to check out all the action in the semi-open kitchen, experiencing the sights, smells and sounds throughout the evenings. This special reader dinner gave guests the chance to be one of the first to experience Shane’s exciting new chapter.
