The latest delicious. reader event took took place in the newly reopened Quay, where guests were among the first select group to experience the iconic Sydney fine diner’s Green Room. After a three-month re-imagination, executive chef Peter Gilmore’s kitchen is more impressive than ever, thanks to the new open layout that showcases chefs at work. The new menu (which more than matches the spectacular view from the windows) represents Peter’s own culinary evolution as one of the country’s greatest chefs, and was matched with expertly curated wines from Voyager Estate.
