Ingredients (6)
- 45ml Amaretto liqueur
- 3ml lemon juice
- 1 tsp sugar syrup
- 15ml eggwhite, beaten
- Lemon peel, to serve
- Amarena cherries, to serve

1.Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker (without ice) and dry-shake, then add ice and shake again until chilled. Strain into a glass over fresh ice and garnish with a lemon twist and Amarena cherries.
