Embrace bliss with these bite-sized baklava desserts.
Ingredients (9)
- 1 cup (145g) pistachios, plus extra 1/2 cup (70g), very finely chopped
- 1 cup (145g) almonds
- 1 cup (100g) walnuts
- 250g plump dried figs
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- Zest of 1 orange
- 1/4 tsp orange blossom water
- 1/3 cup (80ml) honey

1.Place all the ingredients in a food processor and whiz until mixture comes together and is smooth.

2.Using slightly damp hands, roll tablespoonfuls of mixture into balls. Place extra chopped pistachios in a shallow bowl and roll each ball in the nuts to coat. Serve or keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
