- 30 mls Maidenii Sweet
- 30 mls The Italian Bitter Orange Aperitif
- 5 dashes Tasmanian Bitters Mountain Pepper
- Grapefruit slice and olive (for garnish)

1.Add the Maidenii and bitters in a tall mixing glass with ice.
