Just when you thought an espresso martini couldn't possibly get any better, we've come up with this recipe using Lotus Biscoff biscuit spread.
Ingredients (6)
- 2 tbs Lotus Biscoff Spread, plus 1 tsp for glass rim
- 4 Lotus Biscoff biscuits, crushed, plus 1 uncrushed to serve
- 45ml vodka
- 30ml espresso coffee
- 20ml coffee liqueur
- Coffee beans, to serve

1.Rub the rim of a martini glass with 1 tsp of Biscoff spread until coated. Dip the coated rim of the glass into a shallow dish filled with crushed Biscoff biscuits until lightly coated. Fill martini glass with ice and chill in the freezer until ready to serve.

2.Combine vodka, espresso coffee, coffee liqueur and Biscoff spread in a chilled cocktail shaker filled with ice, and shake vigorously.

3.Strain the cocktail into the martini glass. Garnish with three coffee beans and a Biscoff biscuit to serve.
