Win someone’s heart with this fun and fruity cocktail, which comes with cherry heart ice cubes. Think of it as the ultimate charm offensive – because nothing breaks the ice quite like a heart-shaped cube and a splash of fizz.
You’ll need to start this recipe at least 6 hours ahead, and you’ll need a heart-shaped ice-cube tray and 8 coupe glasses.
Ingredients (4)
- 200ml cherry juice
- 10 leftover cherry stems
- 1 tbs grenadine
- 750ml bottle prosecco, chilled
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.Pour cherry juice into a heart-shaped ice-cube tray. Arrange a leftover cherry stem in each. Freeze until set.

2.To serve, pour ½ tsp grenadine into each coupe glass. Add 1-2 cherry ice cubes, then pour over chilled prosecco.
