Classic cocktail sauce

Use this versatile sauce for cold seafood platters and salads, inside burgers, drizzled over roast vegetables or as a dipping sauce for crudites.
Ingredients (6)
- 1/3 cup (80ml) Woolworths Tomato Sauce Squeeze
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup (100g) Kewpie mayonnaise
- 200ml creme fraiche (or sour cream)
- White pepper, to season
- Ground bush tomato, to sprinkle (optional)
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.Place all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until smooth and well combined.

2.Season with salt flakes and white pepper.

3.Serve sprinkled with bush tomato, if using, or store (see recipe note).
Recipe Notes
Cocktail sauce can be made up to 3 days ahead of serving, and stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
