Use this versatile sauce for cold seafood platters and salads, inside burgers, drizzled over roast vegetables or as a dipping sauce for crudites.

Ingredients (6)

  • 1/3 cup (80ml) Woolworths Tomato Sauce Squeeze
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 cup (100g) Kewpie mayonnaise
  • 200ml creme fraiche (or sour cream)
  • White pepper, to season
  • Ground bush tomato, to sprinkle (optional)

Method

  • 1.
    Place all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until smooth and well combined.
  • 2.
    Season with salt flakes and white pepper.
  • 3.
    Serve sprinkled with bush tomato, if using, or store (see recipe note).

Cocktail sauce can be made up to 3 days ahead of serving, and stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
