Who doesn’t love the sound of peach and sparkling wine? The Bellini is a mouth-watering balance of rich peach and clean acidity from the prosecco. Super easy to make once you have the peach puree. The perfect drink to enjoy as you raise a glass to the last sunsets of summer.
Ingredients (5)
- 15ml Triple Juniper Gin
- 15ml white peach puree
- 10ml sugar syrup
- 100ml Prosecco
- Peach slice
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.Add gin, puree, sugar syrup to a fluted glass and stir. Slowly top with Prosecco and gently stir to combine. Garnish with peach slice.
