Ingredients (12)

  • 2 bunches of broccolini or Asian greens
  • 2 tbs of white miso
  • 2 tbs of soy sauce
  • 2 tbs of rice vinegar
  • 2 tbs of sesame oil
  • 2 tbs of maple syrup
  • 2 sliced garlic cloves
  • 180g seasoned fish fillet
  • Long green shallot
  • Toasted sesame seeds, to serve
  • Lime wedges, to serve
  • Steamed rice, to serve

Method

  • 1.
    Preheat oven to 210°C. Divide 2 bunches of broccolini or Asian greens between 4 large pieces of baking paper. In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tbs each of white miso, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil and maple syrup, along with 2 sliced garlic cloves, and pour half of this sauce over the greens.

    Lay a seasoned fish fillet, skin-side down, over the vegies in each parcel and spoon the remaining sauce over the top. Fold the baking paper up and around the fish, rolling the ends to seal and form a pouch. Place the pouches on a baking tray and bake for 12-15 minutes, then carefully open the parcels, scatter some long green shallot and toasted sesame seeds over and serve with lime wedges and steamed rice, if desired.
