Marmalade martini

Ingredients (6)
- Juice of 1 orange, plus pared orange zest to serve
- 1/3 cup (80ml) vodka
- 2 tbs white vermouth
- 1 tsp Cointreau
- 1/4 cup (85g) marmalade
- Ice cubes

1.Combine all ingredients except orange zest in a cocktail shaker or large screwtop jar with a lid and shake until well combined. Strain into serving glasses and top with a strip of pared zest.
