Mastiha honey and lemon spritz
Combat the summer haze with this refreshing honey and lemon spritz.
Ingredients (5)
- 2 tbs runny honey
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 400ml mastiha liqueur
- 2 cups (500ml) soda water
- 1/2 cup basil leaves, to garnish
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.Place honey and 1 tbs of boiling water into a heatproof jug and swirl to dissolve. Add lemon juice and mastiha and stir.

2.Add the mastiha mixture to a 3L-capacity jug half-filled with ice. Pour in soda water and garnish with basil leaves to serve.
