Passionfruit spritz cocktail

Ingredients (6)
- 16 passionfruit
- 4 cups (1L) each ginger ale and pineapple juice
- 750ml bottle each Australian sparkling wine and white rum
- 100ml each freshly squeezed lemon and lime juice
- 1/2 bunch mint, leaves picked
- Ice cubes, to serve
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.Halve the passionfruit and scoop the pulp into a large punch bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Serve.
Recipe Notes
Have all your bottles chilled in the fridge for several hours before making the punch.
