Take a trip to a tropical island all year round with this creamy coconut cocktail. Made with white rum and fresh pineapple, it's a summer party classic that never gets old.
Ingredients (5)
- 100g chopped ripe pineapple
- 60ml white rum
- 30ml Macro Organic Coconut Cream
- 100ml pineapple juice
- Pineapple fronds or pineapple spear, to garnish

1.Place pineapple, rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice and 1/2 cup ice in a blender and blend on high speed until well combined.

2.Pour into a 450ml highball glass and garnish with pineapple spear or pineapple fronds.
