Here, the Italian cured meat is elegantly paired with the full-bodied Spanish manchego cheese to make a delicious bite-sized delight. Layered on a fine skewer with a juicy grape to balance the flavours, this quick and easy recipe will one to keep on rotation.
Recipe note: You'll need six thin 8cm skewers. Pair this recipe with our smoked salmon and quail egg skewers and capsicum, olive and anchovy skewers.

- 6 red seedless grapes
