Ingredients (6)
- 290g dark chocolate, roughly chopped
- 290g milk chocolate, roughly chopped
- 2 tbs peeled roasted hazelnuts, halved
- 2 tbs freeze-dried raspberries
- 1 tbs slivered pistachios
- 1 tbs cacao nibs

1.Line a large baking tray with baking paper.

2.Place dark chocolate in a medium heatproof bowl. Microwave on high, stirring every 30 seconds, for 1 minute 30 seconds-2 minutes until almost melted. Stir until completely melted and smooth. Pour onto one half of prepared tray, spreading out until 4mm thick. Immediately sprinkle evenly with hazelnuts and freeze-dried raspberries.

3.Place milk chocolate melts in a medium heatproof bowl. Microwave on high, stirring every 30 seconds, for 1 minute 30 seconds-2 minutes until almost melted. Stir until completely melted and smooth. Pour onto other half of prepared tray, spreading out until 4mm thick.

4.Immediately sprinkle evenly with pistachios and cacao nibs. Chill for 30 minutes or until completely set, then break into pieces to serve.
