Southern Maid
Refreshingly different, this drink makes a great addition to any party menu.
Ingredients (7)
- 1/4 Lebanese cucumber, chopped, plus extra thinly sliced to serve
- 1/3 cup (80ml) cloudy apple juice
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 8 mint leaves, plus extra leaves to serve
- 3 tsp Orgeat (sweet almond syrup)
- 600ml soda water
- Crushed ice, to serve
Don't forget you can add these ingredients to your Woolworths shopping list.

1.Using the end of a rolling pin, muddle chopped cucumber in a cocktail shaker, add apple and lemon juice, mint leaves and almond syrup, and shake until well combined.

2.Strain into a jug, add soda water and top with ice. Add extra cucumber and mint to serve.
