Your favourite Italian dessert in liquid form.
Ingredients (8)
- 60ml creme de cacao
- 60ml Kahlua
- 45ml espresso, cooled
- 30ml vodka
- ¼ cup (65g) mascarpone
- ½ tsp vanilla bean paste
- Ice cubes, to shake
- Dutch cocoa powder and savoiardi (ladyfinger) biscuits, to garnish

1.Add creme de cacao, Kahlua, espresso, vodka, mascarpone and vanilla to a cocktail shaker with a few ice cubes and shake vigorously.

2.Fine-strain into two martini glasses and garnish with a generous dusting of cocoa powder and a savoiardi biscuit.
