Tommy’s Margarita cocktail
There’s not many drinks that say ‘Summer Party’ quite like the margarita does. This version, hailing from San Francisco, is simple to make and is served on ice - perfect for getting the party started on hot days.
Recipe by celebrity drinks consultant and co-founder of Bondi bar and restaurant Rocker, Cam Northway.
Ingredients (3)
- 50mL good quality Blanco Tequila
- 15mL agave nectar
- 30mL fresh lime juice

1.Combine the ingredients in a cocktail shaker (or a large jar with a tight lid, if you don’t own a shaker).

2.Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until the tin or glass feels frosty on the outside.

3.Strain the cocktail over a glass filled with fresh ice and garnish with a wedge of fresh lime.
