Ingredients (5)

  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 3 bird’s-eye chillies, finely chopped
  • 150ml fish sauce
  • 2 tsp (10ml) white vinegar
  • 140g caster sugar

    Combine all ingredients with 200ml water in a medium bowl, stirring until sugar has dissolved. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
