Immerse yourself in the flavours of WA, guided by a team of experts.

If eating well is your life’s mission, the all-new COMO Culinary Journeys series launching in Perth is a retreat experience you’ll want to make sure you’ve booked in, pronto.

Using food as a means to explore the heritage and culture of a destination – and as a way to give guests an understanding of how cuisine shapes culture – the retreat series will include tastings, conversations with chefs, local market visits,  and more.

Beginning in February, the five-day retreat at COMO The Treasury in Perth is available to just ten participants and offers a line-up of hands-on experiences provided by guest experts who know their food (and drinks).

To kick things off, cooking classes will be led by Wildflower’s Head Chef Matthew Sartori and visiting chef Giovanni Luca Di Pirro, while a wine tasting will be held by Australia’s Sommelier of the Year Emma Farrelly. There’ll also be fish market tours and sustainable garden visits on the itinerary. Of course, accommodation will be included as part of the package at COMO The Treasury.

For stays in a Heritage Balcony Room, the experience is priced at AUD 3,195 per person for double rooms, or AUD 4,465 for single occupancy.
